Elsa Anna Sofie Hosk is a real-life barbie doll! The 30-year-old Swedish supermodel is seemingly living her dreams. but it didn’t happen overnight. At the age of 13, her father took it upon himself to submit her photos at various modeling agencies in Sweden. By the time she was 14, Elsa had begun her modeling career.
She would later go on to work with top brands like Guess but ultimately decided to finish high school before pursuing modeling as a career. Yet after high school, she branched out into professional basketball instead. Elsa would play basketball in the Swedish Women’s League for two years before quitting to focus on modeling.
Her first big move was to New York; a great move for her because in 2011 she appeared in the Victoria Secret annual show and has appeared in every of the brand’s annual runway shows to date. In 2015 she became a VS angel and this year, she was chosen to wear the “Dreams Angels” fantasy bra designed by Swarovski and worth $1 million.
As a model, Elsa Hosk has definitely achieved a lot professionally but her off-duty endeavors like being a voice for the anti-human trafficking cause have not gone unnoticed. The supermodel is certainly leaving a mark and she’s doing it all with superb style and grace.
Her off-duty style is particularly outstanding.
