Toke Makinwa is adding acting to her portfolio as she reveals inside the July/August edition of WOW Magazine which she covers. For her debut role, Toke will be playing the character of Go-Go in a new movie titled ‘Foreigner’s God’.
For the Nubian themed cover shoot, Toke Makinwa ditches her famous wig for a refreshingly unique tribal look as she poses next to Ifan Ifeanyi Michael, the movie’s producer. The hairstyle, styled by Zubby Definition, mimics a crown and features several mini buns atop a larger bun and a braided root. Toke’s face was beaten to nude glam perfection by one of her favourite makeup artists, Anita Brows.
To complete her royal look, Toke Makinwa donned a kimono from Abaya Lagos and a multi-coloured faux fur jacket by Isi Atagamen.
