Etravaganza and allure came through Pretoria in storm when troves of the most important personalities and celebrities headed to the Times Square Sun Arena for the 2019 Miss South Africa finale last Friday.
This year, the pageant was marked differently from the previous ones as the 12 finalists were more diverse than ever before. This made the competition even more difficult to assess.
Celebrities and A-listers who attended the event, which coincided with Women’s Day, put their best foot forward, arriving on the red carpet dressed in some of the most stylish garbs we’ve seen lately.

The show was hosted by the beautiful Bonang Matheba. The TV personality announced 25-year-old Zozibini Tunzi as Miss South Africa 2019. Bonang changed into three more spectacular gowns as she shared the stage with 16 of the most beautiful women in country, before changing into a show-stopper for the after-party.
She opened the show in a stunning gold and white gown designed by Villioti Couture, closing with a Gert-Johan Coetzee design. Widely known for her bold fashion choices, Bonang wore a sheer bedazzled Biji – La Maison de Couture gown to the event after-party.

Miss South Africa 2019 promised the attendance of the hottest A-list celebrities and the most glamorous red carpet in the history of the pageant – and did not disappoint! TV personality Enhle Mabli hosted the red carpet and tracked the stars as they made their arrival.
