As life gradually returns to a semi-normal state, celebrities and style stars across Africa – who happen to also be some of the best fashion influencers on Instagram – are finding more reasons to dress up, step out and make a fashion statement before the curfew kicks in wherever they are. Stylish African Celebrities on Instagram.
African celebrities and top fashion influencers are consistently using their style on Instagram to prove that a global pandemic doesn’t equal an end to doing the things we love––especially if it keeps us going.
Even as we continuously preach the gospel of safety and ask that you observe social distancing rules, we also want to re-emphasize the fact that a fashionable outfit should not only make you look good on the outside but also make you feel confident from the inside out. That confidence is exactly what we can feel from the women on this list.
Last week, some of the most stylish African celebrities, influencers, and style stars stepped out in a range of amplified looks which they, of course, shared on Instagram. Trust Nigerian celebrities and style stars to nail their looks.
Ghanaian actress and film producer, Benedicta Gafah, made us fall in love with her African print dress as it was a breath of fresh air. Her mini Ankara dress featured fringes and ruched detailings in a brown tone just the shade of her skin. She finished off her look by opting for a nude glam face beat and a pair of silver earrings which was just perfect.
In Nigeria, it was all about the details. Former Big Brother Naija housemate Wathoni Anyansi was the lady in red in lace and eyelet-detailed jacket, paired with a matching pair of ankle-tie trousers by LadyBeellionaire. Temi Otedola, daughter of billionaire, Femi Otedola, proved that less is more in a minimalistic look she wore for the premiere of her first movie, Citation.
Over in South Africa, celebrities and fashion influencers did not relax on their style game as they gave us a mix of fringe, lace and drape details that had us ‘saving’.
The looks shared via Instagram posts by African celebrities and fashion influencers were nothing short of chic, edgy, and glamorous and it’s safe to say that we’re, as usual, living vicariously through them. The top Stylish African Fashion influencer Instagram.
