It was reported that a hearing scheduled for July 16, to determine the status of a restraining order against Jackson, was no longer on the docket. Palmer’s attorney reportedly filed legal documents that removed the case from the calendar. While details of the agreement remain confidential, according to reports, both parties have agreed to stay away from each other.

Palmer had previously filed for a restraining order against Jackson in November 2023, accusing him of physical abuse during their relationship. She was granted a temporary restraining order, which required Jackson to stay away from her and their son. In court filings, Palmer detailed several violent incidents, alleging that the abuse had been ongoing for over two years. Jackson also filed a restraining order against Palmer, making counter-allegations of abuse. Neither Palmer nor Jackson’s representatives have commented on the reported settlement.

5. French legend Giroud to hang up international boots after Euro 2024

Olivier Giroud, the iconic French striker and all-time leading scorer for Les Bleus, has announced his retirement from international football. The AC Milan forward will make his final appearance for France at the upcoming Euro 2024 tournament in Germany. Giroud, a former star of Chelsea and Arsenal in the Premier League, boasts a remarkable international career. He is France’s record goalscorer, with 57 goals in 131 appearances.
