The other, I attended a friend’s birthday party and if you know me well, you will know that I was primarily there for the food! LOL. The party was in full swing and then the time came for the celebrant to cut the cake. The cake was cut, shared and my face was aglow till I put the cake in my mouth. Thank God for home training else I would have spat the cake out immediately! Just how do you ruin a cake? Coconut cake at that?
I was so pissed, I left the party and headed to the market to get ingredients for my own little cake. I wasn’t going to let anyone spoil my taste buds. Thanks to Google, I came across Sisi Yemmie‘s post and she had one of the easiest recipes on making coconut cakes. It is so easy that all you need are the right tools and ingredients even if you have never baked before.
