Wilson Kiprugut, Kenya’s first Olympic medalist, has been hailed as a pioneer following his death at the age of 84. Arteta was also quick to praise the work of Xavi, who has been in charge at Camp Nou since November 2021. “I think Barcelona now they are in a really good path,” Arteta said. “They have a phenomenal coach, a coach that has been an absolute legend in that club and has lifted the whole place and you have to be very respectful of that.”
