The Grammy Awards ceremony got social media buzzing this year most especially the fact that Beyonce Knowles and husband Jay Z Carter seemed to be having the time of their lives. The music power couple must have used this award ceremony weekend as a time to rekindled their romance as they were clearly having such a great time together in all aspects including stylewise!
Their weekend started off at the Rock Nation Pre-Grammy Brunch which saw the likes of Diddy and Cassie in attendance. Next, they were spotted at the Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Gala where all the A-list stars turned up and finally the duo showed up at the Grammy Awards with little miss boss lady Blue Ivy (you must have seen her boss lady moment caught on the Grammy audience camera).
Jay Z and Beyonce totally owned the Grammy weekend and we were here for it. So let’s do a recap of all their stunning looks.
Rock Nation Pre-Grammy Brunch
Bey’s look for this event was metallic glam, rocking a lovely black pleat metallic slit dress with crisscross detail. This look puts the G in Gorgeous!
Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Gala
The theme of the weekend for Bey was obviously black and this glamorous mesh gown with elaborate detailing makes us raise both hands up for the queen because she managed to pull off an elegant yet punk-rock look.
The Grammy Awards
Sunglasses, a hat and a cold shoulder velvet dress. Bey wasn’t there to play with nobody. She payed homage to the ‘Black Panther Political Party’ with her looks. Her hat sat slantedly on her well plaited cornrows and matched perfectly with her extravagant earrings and plum lips.
