Between the BET Hip Hop Awards, concerts and various sporting events last week, there was no shortage of gasp-inducing fashion moments to take in when it came to men’s fashion. The best-dressed celebrities on and off the streets embraced a contemporary approach to casual style—choosing to serve up a different kind of sartorial fit with looks that challenged the colder temps without sacrificing on edge and finesse. Pregame Fashion

The Looks

Currently doing press for his Netflix production, “The Redeem Team,” Dwyane Wade’s “The Jimmy Fallon Show” appearance last week definitely demanded strong ensembles from luxury brands. The ex-NBA star slipped into an all-black Prada look comprising of a classic black shirt, a pair of black dress pants, and a black tie. He layered the fit with a grey faux leather Prada trench coat, which gave the look an action star (read as James Bond) finish. For shoes, he went with a pair of black leather boots, also by Prada, and accessorized with Cartier jewelry and sunglasses. Talk about a classic look!

Los Angeles Rams’ Aaron Donald arrived for Monday Night Football against the San Francisco 49ers in a look that commanded attention from reporters and paparazzi alike. He sported a white Dior CD 1947 overshirt over a white t-shirt and a pair of black Marni Bauhaus zip-cargo pants. He took the look even further by rocking a pair of black and white Marni Pablo leather sneakers and accessorized with a silver cuban link necklace and a pair of black Louis Vuitton sunglasses. For his Sunday Night Football Kansas City Chief 41-31 win against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Frank Clark Sr. arrived styled head to toe in Louis Vuitton. The athlete wore a matching set comprising of a checkered Louis Vuitton workwear denim jacket with matching pants. For shoes, he opted for a pair of brown Louis Vuitton Oberkampf ankle boots. Talk about a luxury statement look that isn’t limiting.

From pregame fashion looks to evening wear, last week’s best-dressed men gave us the whole nine yards of fashion. One thing was in common for all these looks: they were dressed for a cooler climate.
