After a string of singles in the wake of Fifth Harmony’s breakup, Normani has finally revealed the title of her highly anticipated debut album, “Dopamine.” On Tuesday, fans noticed her social media pages had been wiped clean, a move often signaling a new chapter for artists. On Wednesday, February 21, Normani unveiled the album cover on Instagram, featuring her riding a sleek black rocket against a crisp white backdrop. In her caption, she expressed her excitement, but no release date was provided.

Adding to the excitement, the singer shared a snippet of a new song on her TikTok account, hinting at what listeners can expect from “Dopamine.” With “Dopamine” on the horizon, Normani’s solo journey is reaching new heights, promising fans a fresh and exciting chapter in her music career.

2. Burna Boy lights up the stage at his sold-out concert in Chicago

Burna Boy thrilled a crowd of 10,000 people at his “I Told Them” concert in Chicago, US. The Grammy award-winning singer and performer took to the stage and delivered a spectacular performance, as many have come to expect from him in recent times. The event, which was held on Wednesday, February 21, saw the singer perform many of his greatest hits, both classic and recent, to a crowd that was also excited to sing along with him.

3. Black Sherif will Headline Rolling Stone’s Showcase

Ghanaian musician Black Sherif is set to take the stage at Rolling Stone’s 2024 Future of Music festival, joining a lineup that includes Teezo Touchdown, Young Miko, Pheelz, Flo Milli, Uncle Waffles, Faye Webster, Peso Pluma, and others. Scheduled to perform at the SXSW stage in Austin, Texas, between March 12 and 15, Black Sherif will deliver his set on Day 3 of the event, marking the festival’s second edition. The 2023 edition of the inaugural Future of Music showcase drew in 12,000 participants across four consecutive evenings and presented a lineup of 24 artists, including renowned headliners.

4. Malia Obama makes her directorial debut at Sundance

Malia Obama made her directorial debut at the Sundance Film Festival with the short film “The Heart.” She’s credited as Malia Ann, presumably in a bid to distance herself from her ex-president dad. The film received uncomplimentary reviews, with nepotism charges being leveled against her. In “The Heart,” an 18-minute short film, Malia is credited with writing and directing under the name Malia Ann, conspicuously omitting her well-known surname.

According to the film’s description, it tells the story of a lonely man grieving the death of his mother “after an argument about groceries and an odd request in her will.” The reception on the film-review website Letterboxd has been less than complimentary of the 25-year-old’s efforts.

5. Tiger Woods’ son Charlie, 15, aiming to qualify for PGA Tour event

Charlie Woods, the 15-year-old son of golf legend Tiger Woods, will start his attempt to qualify for his first PGA Tour event. Woods junior will compete in one of four pre-qualifiers as he aims to reach the Cognizant Classic. The top 25 players and ties advance to Monday’s final qualifier, with four then earning places in the main field. Rory McIlroy will be among the stars playing for a prize fund of £7.1m at PGA National in Florida.

If Charlie Woods is going to join the Northern Irishman, he will have to come through the 18-hole pre-qualifier at Lost Lake Golf Club, where he has been grouped with Ireland’s Ruaidhri McGee and American Olin Browne Jr. The players who come through that stage will go to the final qualifier at Tesoro Club’s Palmer Course in a bid to clinch their spot at the Cognizant Classic, which takes place from February 29 to March 3.
