Last Week, The Best Beauty Looks Were Phenomenally On Point

At Style Rave, we aim to inspire our readers by…
What’s better than one beautiful Black woman? A force of gorgeous women in diverse shades of melanin who are unafraid to define their own beauty. As we continue to celebrate Black History Month, our favorite celebs and beauty influencers are celebrating black beauty with unique looks too exquisite to ignore. Further proving that individuality is key and can easily be incorporated into physical aesthetics.
Hair
Nailing effortless curls down to a tee has never looked as charming as beauty blogger Taylor Anise recently made it seem. Not only did the YouTuber’s hair look so rich and healthy, but its afro essence definitely kicked things up a notch. From roots to tips, the naturalista embraced her hair texture in an Instagram-perfect pose. It’s safe to say Taylor’s hair did all the talking and we are absolutely all ears—and eyes!
One thing that was also exhibited last week is the magnificence of power in hairstyles. American fashion model Dominique Robinson took bubble ponytails to a whole new level of fab! The ethereal and goddess-like hairdo had a certain allure only fit for a young black queen. Even more captivating, the yaki textured ponies created a luscious look, accentuating her stunning facial features.
Makeup
Fierce was the name of the makeup game this past week and Angela Simmons killed it with her smoky eyes and rose-pink lips. The soft alluring look gave her complexion a divine glow as her eyes stood out in whimsical audacity.
It’s 2021 and Patricia Bright wants you to know that graphic and colorful eyeliners are still very much in. Iridescently rocking the trend as she co-hosted the ASOS beauty awards, the British-Nigerian Youtuber’s take on yellow winged liners was ‘oh-so refreshing!’ Coupled with a pop of blue on her lower lids, the beauty expert set a striking bar for fun eyes lewks to aim for this year.
