Megan Thee Stallion has announced her debut album: Good News which will be released next week, Friday, November 20. It’s been a big year for Meg, who released the project Suga and joined Cardi B for the massively popular single WAP. Meg also released the Beyoncé-featuring remix of Savage. Megan Thee Stallion’s last single as a lead artist was the Young Thug–featuring Don’t Stop, which received an Alice in Wonderland–themed music video and the promise that a new album was in the works.

2. Nigeria: Toke Makinwa loses defamation suit against ex-husband

A Lagos State High Court on Thursday ruled in favor of fitness entrepreneur, Maje Ayida, over a defamation lawsuit against his ex-wife, Toke Makinwa. Ayida had asked his ex-wife to stop the sale and promotion of her tell-all memoir, On Becoming, which detailed the rocky relationship between them. The book was launched in 2016 while the lawsuit was filed in 2017.
Their union was dissolved by an Igbosere High Court in Lagos on Thursday. Makinwa filed for divorce in March 2016 on grounds that her husband committed adultery. The court ruled that Toke Makinwa should pay the sum of one million naira to a charity of the claimant’s choice, and the defamatory pages of the unsold copies should be removed.
3. South Africa: ‘White Gold’ star Refilwe Modiselle scoops second international award

South African actress and model Refilwe Modiselle continues her winning streak this year. Modiselle who plays the lead role of Mansa in the UK short film, White Gold, is celebrating another milestone – the first being her winning the award for best actress at The African Film Festival (TAFF), held in Dallas, Texas.
This week, the star walked away with her second Best Actress award at the Africa Film For Impact Festival (AFFIF) in Nigeria. Commenting on her big win, Modiselle says: “This is another massive milestone accomplished in a year where the world fell apart… My fire and the momentum kept me going.” Megan thee stallion song.
4. Ghana: Delay apologizes to Obrafour following a lawsuit he filed against her and Aisha Modi

TV show host Delay has apologized to rapper Obrafour for any inconvenience caused him during her interview with Stonebwoy’s aid Aisha Modi. According to Delay, she was only conducting an interview and has no hand in Aisha Modi claims that she supported the rapper early on in his career.
Her comments comes after Obrafour filed a lawsuit against her and Aisha Modi demanding a retraction and an apology. Aisha Modi during the interview, held in August, claimed she invested in Obrafour at the beginning of his career.
5. Injured Neymar released from Brazil squad ahead of 2022 World Cup qualifiers

Brazil have confirmed that Neymar has been released from their squad through injury, with the Paris Saint-Germain forward set to sit out 2022 World Cup qualifiers against Venezuela and Uruguay. The Selecao were always aware that a leg complaint was going to prevent the 28-year-old from taking part in the first game of that doubleheader.
Neymar was called upon, though, in the hope that he could return to full fitness in time to figure in a crunch clash with Uruguay in Montevideo. The PSG superstar has, however, been unable to recover enough to force his way into Tite’s plans.
