Lil Nas X has officially been named Crocs newest global ambassador with the release of a new campaign. The artist fronts the campaign for the brand’s latest collection of platform clogs, already proving to be successful and selling out. In the past, Crocs has partnered with other big-name stars including with Post Malone in 2020 and with Diplo in 2021. The multi-Grammy award-winning artist said in a statement regarding the new campaign and the platform Crocs, “I’m always all about taking things to the next level so I’m super excited to partner with Crocs on this new height collection. These new styles are so sick and I know everyone’s going to love them!”
The Height collection brings forward three variations — the Siren Clog which is a platform high-heel in pink, black, and white; the Siren Chain Clog which features metal-like details and embellishments in a dark cherry hue and the Mega Crush Color Dip Clog which is a brand new, bold update to the Classic Clog, which features a new 2.4-inch lug sole and a limited-edition rainbow-ombre design.
2. Olamide teases new single as his album release draws closer

As his upcoming album draws close, Olamide has taken to his Instagram account to tease an unreleased single. In the video posted in the early hours of July 6, the superstar was rapping along to an unreleased rap record that packs his trademark rhymes and swaggering delivery. The video captioned “Na Money Dey Ginger Morale” excited both fans and artistes many of whom shared their respect for Olamide, who is one of Nigeria’s most awarded artistes.
The song might be set to be Olamide’s next release following the Amapiano hit “New Religion” featuring Asake. Olamide is set to drop an impressive 10th album “Unruly” on August 9th, which he says would be his last till further notice.
3. South Africa: Actress Asavela Mqokiyana announces pregnancy

Actress Asavela Mqokiyana and her husband are expecting their first child. Taking to her Instagram timeline, she shared their pregnancy photo shoot revealing there is a bundle of joy on the way. “To my husband, every step of this pregnancy has been easier because of how helpful and caring you are. I love you,” she wrote.
In a separate post, the actress shared a clip of moments between her and her hubby while they were going for their doctor check-ups. Asavela and her husband, who she has kept away from prying eyes, tied the knot in a traditional ceremony in April 2022.

Drake is currently on his and 21 Savage’s “It’s All A Blur Tour.” To concertgoers’ surprise, Drake gave them a morsel of insight into the highly anticipated album, which has been shrouded in mystery since its reveal last week. “Imma give away one thing about the album to Detroit tonight, ‘cause I got a lot of love for Detroit. So Imma have to tell you, like, me and Nicki Minaj did our first song in, like, a really long time. So, I got a lot of love for her,” he said as the crowd erupted into a rolling roar of applause and screams.
Nicki co-signed the impromptu announcement of their collaboration when she shared a clip of him breaking the news to fans in her Instagram Story. She wrote, “#Dricki 4 life.” On Twitter, she reiterated that her fellow Young Money labelmate is her dog for life with a throwback photo of them.

Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar has dropped a major hint on where he will be playing next season after being linked with a Premier League transfer. Neymar has been linked with a move to Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Arsenal this summer. Reports have repeatedly surfaced of the Brazilian not being happy at PSG, and it has been suggested that the French champions have invited offers for his signature, but it seems he will stay be staying at Parc des Princes for the foreseeable future. He posted on the social media site Threads “Party season 23/24,” with a French flag emoji and a picture of a private plane in the background.
Neymar, who reportedly turned down a move to Chelsea in 2010 when he was at Brazilian side Santos, still has two years left on his contract at PSG. The French side still wants to win the Champions League for the first time and after seeing Lionel Messi leave the club this summer for Inter Miami, and Kylian Mbappe stall on signing a new deal, losing Neymar would be a huge blow to take for their silverware ambitions.
