Menswear brand, Ugo Monye brought a new kind of ‘dapper’ in traditional attire on the runway as he presented at the Heineken Lagos Fashion & Design Week 2017, so much so that the crowd was clearly wowed as everyone loved his collection.
The menswear brand went futuristic with details on otherwise simple pieces. The hues, finish, the bold styles all came together to make the collection an unforgettable one. The collection featured kimonos with grand drapery, ‘agbada’ inspired pieces and unexpected details embedded in each piece making the ensembles stand out from all other men’s design seen during this fashion week.
