Style goes beyond just wearing designer or couture brands from head to toe. It’s more about styling simple everyday pieces in a way that makes your look memorable. This is also something Nigerian male celebrities and influencers have discovered and it has helped them attain dapper and super stylish looks consistently.
Last week, we saw an array of men who used fabrics right, matched colours well, took risks, went with maximal style and killed it all – doing all these while also recreating what defines dapper and stylish looks. We have to give them their well-deserved accolades.
Ebuka Obi-Uchendu served major looks to host the Big Brother Naija eviction show last Sunday. His prismatic two-piece suit with reflective abilities “made us blind” in love with his look. We love the fit and how perfectly tailored his ensemble was. On the opposite end of dapper, stylist Bidemi Adedeji gave us major tropical vibes with his pineapple print shirt and powder blue pants to match the shirt background. Nothing beats dressing for the tropics on a hot day.
Talking about standout fabrics, Timaya also killed it last week. His perfect play on velvet as he matched a velvet jacket with velvet Chelsea boots without looking boring definitely counts for something major. Overall, we love how some of our fave male celebrities and influencers took on dapper style last week and conquered each unique look.
