Kenzo x H&M’s New Collection is A Printastic Delight! | Lookbook

At Style Rave, we aim to inspire our readers by…
The moment the fashion industry started blessing us “non-luxury-buying” fashionistas with the gifts of designer and high street collaborations where luxury designers like Balmain, Alexander Wang and even celebrities like Beyoncé and Rihanna join forces with high street powerhouses like H&M, Top Shop, River Island and the likes, was a moment I like to call ‘the ultimate fashion utopia’ for everyone within that spending power.
A few days ago, high-end brand Kenzo unveiled its official lookbook for its most recent collaboration with H&M. From the lookbook, you can tell Kenzo stuck to its brand aesthetics using bold prints and colours to deliver unique cold weather gear for the cosmopolitan fashion faithfuls. The theme of the collection is diversity which was reflected in the models featured in the lookbook. The duo (Carol Lim and Humberto Leon) choose an interesting line up of eclectic creatives like Activist Amy Sall, Photographer Youngjun Koo, Makeup artist Isamaya French and a few others.
The Technicolor of the collection featured bright coloured animal prints and dynamic patterns such that will definitely appeal to any print lover or one who’s looking to bring a little fun and excitement to their wardrobe this autumn/winter. However, for non-print lovers, I recommend purchasing pieces from this collection in small doses and playing it down with block colors.
The collection is scheduled to hit stores come the first week of November. While you wait, here are a few photographs from the 39-image lookbook.
