The golden age is one that shoud be celebrated and star girl Jennifer Lopez who just turned 50 on Wednesday, July 24 did just that. There was an epic bash at Gloria and Emilio Estefan’s private home on Star Island in Miami and Jenny from the block turned up real good for her birthday.
The bash which was sponsored by clothing companies PrettyLittleThing and Quay Australia had her fiancé Alex Rodriguez, family and friends in and out of the industry in attendance.
The theme for the birthday was definitely golden as the ageless entertainer showed up in a custom-made shimmery metallic Versace dress with dramatic sexy cutouts as styled by Rob Zangardi. This was paired with a pair of flawless diamond-studded hoops by Lana jewellery and gold platform pumps.
Her cake, which took four men to bring out, was a 10-tier one decorated in mostly gold and black details.
Besides the gold decor, the male guests wore white with specks of gold on some of their outfits while the female guests channelled gold into their looks as well. DJ Cassidy and DJ Don Hot were on ground to make sure the music never stopped.
