Say hello to H&M’s new unisex / non-gender-conforming fashion line. The brand is launching a unisex line, called Denim United, which—as the name suggests—consists of denim pieces like jeans, overalls and jackets. Other basics like tees, extra long button-downs and hoodies are also in the mix. All the items are made from sustainable material like organic or recycled cotton.
Whilst promoting this new genderless craze that is sweeping the planet, H&M obviously wants stop the sibling rivalry and bickering that occurs when your brother borrows your favorite denim jacket, or the tantrum your boyfriend / husband throws when he catches you wearing his crisp white shirt. Reason being according to H&M spokesperson:
“Fashion is constantly evolving and intersecting and today we see there are no boundaries in democratic style.”
The Denim United line is set for release this month on March 23 and will be available only on the H&M website. Until then, here’s a sneak preview of the collection…
