The Carters are on the run once again! Beyoncé and Jay-Z kicked off the highly anticipated On The Run II Tour on Wednesday night (June 6) at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, United Kingdom. At the opening show, the pair did not disappoint! The tour which has a 26-person vertical orchestra and 17 dancers had the couple perform an electrifying set-list that included hits like “03′ Bonnie & Clyde” and “Drunk in Love”.
From elevators to the floating stage to revelations of renewed vows, Beyoncé and Jay-Z held almost nothing back personally, musically and aesthetically, and their wardrobes reflected that same energy. Beyoncé made at least six outfit changes throughout the performance, wearing a leopard print bodysuit, a sexy sheer crystal studded blazer layered over a skintight leotard number from LaQuan Smith and a head-to-toe Gucci ensemble among other popping looks.
At every turn, Beyoncé and Jay-Z stays slaying and proving time and time again why they deserve being called the power couple and ultimately Hip hop royalties. We will continue to stan as Beyoncé continues to feed our timelines with her ever-stylish ensembles.
