The beauty looks from this year’s Billboard Awards was on a refreshingly different level. From singer Normani’s super high ponytail with soft rumpled curls complemented with a very simple makeup look that enhanced her natural beauty to singer Halsey’s dramatic pink eye, the event was flooded with statement-making hair and makeup looks that it was near impossible to pick a favourite.
