Looking back at the fashion takes last week, it was arguably one of the most diverse, colorful and expressive we’ve seen on African male celebrities and influencers in a long time. You couldn’t call it a boring week for menswear, could you? Well, the looks speak for themselves.
While the world continues to battle the global pandemic, last week, African male celebs made sure clothes became fun again. It was obvious that the gents are gaining back their style vigor as they found fresh strength and were very expressive with their outfits.
Ghanaian artiste, Kidi stunned in a simple Ankara ensemble which he wore for a promo photoshoot. The outfit features a monkey vest with matching trousers / pants. He complemented the look with a pair of white shoes and further accessorized with a gold necklace, bangle and a pair of black sunglasses.
Tanzanian superstar Diamond Platnumz maintained his rave-worthy style streak in a yellow and black look that had us screaming ‘casual style goals’! He styled the look with a beanie hat and embellished designer slides and his platinum stack of jewellery of course.
Overall, the menswear style last week was just great and a number of our fave looks bordered on superb.
