Last Week, The Best Beauty Looks Were Fearlessly Expressive

n a world where many try to blend in, it’s always refreshing to see the fearless bunch who aren’t afraid to stand out in expressive beauty takes, while totally owning their uniqueness. This was the case last week as Black stars across the globe turned to beauty as a form of self-expression. From adventurous hues to au naturel takes, there was really no wrong way to celebrate individuality.

Experts confess that as one gets older, they gradually evolve into their own person and we can attest that this has been the case with music sensation, Ciara. One look at the mother-of-three and it’d be hard to believe that a few years ago she seemed stuck in an identity bubble. However, that’s not the case anymore as she has come into her own while serving back-to-back slay in the process. Last week, she embodied the term “dreamy” in a look that put the spotlight on her hazel eyes for an irresistible appeal.

As we welcome Spring with excitement, what better way to say this than sporting a Spring-themed hue? Didi Stone was certainly thinking in that direction when she showed up for Isabel Marant show in a turquoise blue mane. The shoulder-grazing style was both daring and stylish and showed us another side of the international model. Talk about expressive beauty! Well done Didi, well done.
