If there’s something male celebrities across Africa have shown mastery with, it’s the art of looking fashionably classy. This can be attributed to the rich dressing cultures in the various countries in Africa. Classy mens outfits in 2020.

Speaking of culture, we sure do love media host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu’s style every time he walks up that stage to throw the axe on a housemate––that’s on the Big Brother Nigeria show if you have no clue what we’re talking about here. Last week, he went for the classic and evergreen Nigerian wear, Agbada––which has always been culturally known to represent class. Made with the well known aso oke, Ebuka looked like a contemporary traditional ruler in his D29-designed agbada set which he matched with a pair of orange velvet loafers. He accessorized with beaded necklaces and bracelets and finished the look off with a walking stick for that final royal touch.

Still on the topic of classy cultural fashion, another celebrity whose style we admired last week was Tanzanian comedian, Idris Sultan. Sometimes, it’s better to let your attire do the talking when you want to show off your cultural pride. This is what Idris did as he showed off his traditional attire. He accessorized his burgundy/purple three-piece ensemble with a black hat, a matching pair of sandals, a wrist watch and multiple rings for a bit of intrigue. Classy mens outfits in 2020.

Whether you choose to wear a traditional attire or a western-inspired outfit, class is not restrictive. Last week, male celebrities across Africa proved this while allowing their personalities to shine through the outfits they chose to wear.
