From Winnie Harlow‘s extravagant flex in Jamaica last week to Yara Shahidi‘s doll-up at the premiere of Disney’s Peter Pan & Wendy in London, the girls majored in reinventing trendy beauty offerings to suit their unique perspectives. For several years, the beauty world has been thrilled with the cut-crease trend but last week, we spotted a rendition on Jordyn Woods we couldn’t resist. At the Fear of God fashion show, Woods came correct in smokey eyes characterized by cut-crease and sharp wings. Now, what made this offering one to watch was the concealer that glaringly highlighted her brow arch. It added a sort of second cut-crease to her dark shadow, giving a double negative vibe.
Another celebrity beauty look that aced the spring mission last week was Kelly Rowland‘s. The singer also headed to the Fear of God fashion show, but she chose a muted, understated face beat. Regardless of the toned-down nature of her makeup, there was room for some sass — a metallic green eyeshadow that danced each time the light hit.

A few weeks ago, Mattel released the trailer for the 2023 Barbie movie starring Margot Robbie. But that wasn’t enough. Last week, the “real-life Barbie,” Nicki Minaj decided to reinterpret the Barbie look, and…she aced it. (No one ever doubted). The mother-of-one debuted a sleek hairstyle with flipped ends, and rather than the classic Barbie blonde, she opted for red. Yes, a hot red flipped hairstyle!
