It is 3 days to the US presidential election and Hilary Clinton may just have gotten one of her biggest endorsements, as Cleveland stood still in a big election rally that had Beyonce, Jay Z, Chance the Rapper and others performing.
Not only did Beyonce perform she rallied people to stand with Hilary as she hopes to make history by voting into office the first Female President in US. She boldly declares “I am with Her”.
“We have the opportunity to create more change. I want my daughter to grow up seeing a woman lead our country and know that her possibilities are limitless.”
She also noted that it would be progressive if a woman led the country, because the world looked to America as a progressive country that leads change.
“There was a time when a woman’s opinion did not matter… less than 100 years ago, women did not have the right to vote. Look how far we have come from having no voice to being at the brink of making history again. But we have to vote.”
We were hoping for a hot performance and indeed it was! The performance of Freedom the song, the backing words, the turn-out of millennials to vote, and Queen Bey lending a voice to another woman made the political concert that much more superb!
Beyonce may just have gotten us to love her even more.
