Born Ashanti Shequoiya Douglas in Glen Cove, New York, Ashanti turns 40 today, October 13, and based on photos she shares, she sure is having the time of her life.
Just before her birthday, Ashanti shared images of herself with friends and family heading out to Antigua and Barbuda in a private jet.
