Nollywood sweetheart Dakore Akande is front and center in Mobos Fashion’s latest campaign. The actress who stars in the new movie ‘Entreat’ (now in cinemas), also serves as the brand ambassador for the fashion retail store.
The campaign by Mobos Fashion which was shot in an exclusive estate in Lagos by ace photographer Moussa Moussa, is definitely a refreshing pace for the store which has become famous for its timeless pieces.
As part of a press release, the brand’s Creative Director, Mrs. B., had this to say:
“I want women to feel empowered while wearing all our creations. There is so much strength in the African woman. I want the world to see this every time a VR woman shows up…”
The new collection features simple yet fun designs of silk blouses, airy midi- and trendy maxi- dresses in bold and vibrant colors. The campaign also features the brand’s jewelry line – VR Jewels.
