In what will be his first September Issue since becoming the chief editor of British Vogue, Edward Enninful tapped pop princess Rihanna as his cover star. The September issue of the magazine has since become known as the “Big Fashion Special.” The 400-page magazine promises to have the most real and most lavish statements of what the following months would be, fashion-wise of course.
Edward Enninful knows that if he’s going to make a splash, there’s no one better than the Bajan superstar who’s become known for her bold and daring fashion choices. Rihanna, a fearless musician and fashion icon never does anything like everyone else. She literally sets the pace while everyone follows. This audacious attribute of hers is what makes the floral imagery and the thinly drawn eyebrow on the official cover all the more provocative and captivating.
