Would you mind if your friend dated your ex? Well, comedian Kym Whitley (OWN’s “Raising Whitley”) has a new dating experiment which she and her friends went through earlier this year. This new party idea is called “Recycle My Ex!” According to Kym if we can recycle everything why not recycle our exes? Remember one lady’s trash is another one’s treasure.
The experiment called for Kym Whitley and all of her single girlfriends to bring an ex to the party to see if their ex might be a good fit for someone else! The experiment didn’t go as planned as old feelings seemed to get in the way of making new connections. Kym had advised that before bringing an ex, the girls should be sure they are completely disconnected emotionally. As in, no old flames still burning. She also warned the ladies not to see their exes the night before the party.
This sounds like one crazy idea and we imagine a lot of emotional drama arising from it. Who knows? This might just be the way out of being single.
