Fireboy DML Gives Us A Sonic Experience With ‘Someone’ + More Trending New Afrobeats Songs

Over the years, the Nigerian music industry has consistently made progress, with Nigerian artistes and their exceptional sounds gaining widespread recognition both nationally and internationally. This week is no exception as a number of Afrobeats songs have been released and are beginning to dominate the airwaves and streaming charts. Topping this week’s list is Fireboy DML who makes his 2023 debut with a song titled Someone, a song which shows his growth artistically.

Iyanya also made his presence known again with his long-awaited collaboration with BNXN titled Sinner which was meticulously crafted under the creative direction of his frequent collaborator, the ingenious producer Shugavybz. There were other artistes who put out excellent songs this week. Here, we’ve highlighted the top five which are dominating the trends list.

Produced by the highly gifted Magicsticks, the collaboration showcases the best of both artistes’ individual musical abilities, resulting in a track that is bound to captivate listeners on the first listen. #5. Not3s ft. Mayorkun – So Far Gone
