Nigerian singer, Tiwa Savage, has confirmed reports about an attempted kidnap of her. In a statement issued on Friday via her Instagram account, it was disclosed that on Thursday, April 13, there was a major security breach at her residence in Lagos. The Nigeria Police Force Criminal Investigation Department, Alagbon, Ikoyi in Lagos, says it has arrested some persons in connection with the alleged attempted kidnap.
The department’s spokesperson, CSP Oluniyi Ogundeyi, confirmed this to the press on Saturday in Lagos. Reports revealed that the musician’s private security vigilance and the Nigeria police saved her from the suspects. It’s gathered that the failed plot was allegedly planned by Savage’s new domestic staff, who had been entrusted with vital information about her. Reports also said that the domestic staff had been trailing the singer as she left her home and shared the information with other members of the alleged kidnapping gang.

Brown took to his Instagram stories where he told 137 million of his followers: “Me and @Ciara got some FIRE coming!”–emphasis made with four fire emojis and a set of looking eyes.
The singer did not specify how this collaboration would come about — whether it be a single, a joint album, or a dance performance. However, fans on social media already appear highly interested to see what the duo has in store, including one eager supporter who wrote, “All I know is… I cannot wait to see the choreography.”

The England international player had the chance to hand Arsenal a 3-1 lead early in the second half of his side’s clash with West Ham at the London Stadium but completely fluffed his lines as he sent his penalty well wide of the post. West Ham went on to grab an equalizer, forcing the Gunners to settle for a point that gives title rivals Manchester City fresh impetus in the race for the trophy.
Following the match, Saka apologized to Arsenal fans via social media. “Regardless of the outcome, I’ll always accept my responsibility. Apologies Gunners, I’ll do everything I can to make it right,” he said on Instagram. Arsenal now leads Man City by just four points atop the Premier League, and Pep Guardiola’s side have a game in hand. The Gunners have let 2-0 leads slip in consecutive contests, having also been held by Liverpool in a thrilling game at Anfield last week.
