Last Week, The Best Beauty Looks Were Intricately Snazzy

At Style Rave, we aim to inspire our readers by…
From metallic lids to nude and glossy statement lips, the best beauty looks on Black celebs from last week were intricately snazzy. Although there was a monotonous wave pushing all things full glam, some subtle looks equally stole the show. In other words, some of our favorite Black celebs and influencers were on their A-game as usual. With plush hairstyles and versatile face beats, they had us enthralled.
Makeup
Last week, singers Seyi Shay and Lizzo were on a mission to let their eyes do all the talking with unique eye makeup looks and colors. Firstly, Nigerian singer, songwriter, and actress Seyi Shay said yes to the glitter trend in a bold hue of silver with a smokey undertone. The Y.O.L.O singer also took the nude lip route which delicately accentuated her face beat. Over in the US, singer, songwriter, and flutist, Lizzo stunned in a half-emerald green and half-nude crease, which was both soft and edgy. Her brows intricately matched her brown skin, and commanded a barely-there effect. Also making the list of captivating lids last week is Jasmine Egal’s gold crease Eid face beat. The Toronto-based Youtuber and beauty influencer gave off bombshell vibes and her whispy lashes crowned it perfectly. The look was a hit.
Creating a balance in the glam milieu, muted (no makeup) makeup visages from Sydney J Harper and Melissa Vanham gleamed. American model Sydney had a dewy bronzy look going as she rocked a glossy eyeshadow creating a glass-like effect. On the other hand, British Youtuber Melissa focused on skin work with a flawless foundation routine.
Hair
Tia Mowry-Hadrict and Celeste Khumalo gave the hairstyle scene the right amount of volume and luster it needed. Firstly, American actress Tia channeled her inner Diana Ross in a curly high ponytail. It had a wet, rich, and polished texture as seen in her dainty shot and we dare say it’s summertime appropriate. Likewise, South African actress and former Miss South Africa, Celeste was a belle in faux locs. From its brown and gold highlights to its precision curls, it’s safe to say the tress hit the mark.
To keep you in the know on what’s modish right now, we’ve got a lineup of dynamic beauty looks on Black celebs for you to revere.
