Fireboy DML has released a new song titled Peru. The Afrolife singer whose real name is Adedamola Adefolahan released this chilled banger as a follow up to his internationally acclaimed album, Apollo. The Shizzi-produced mid-tempo track is his first official single for the year 2021. This song explores Fireboy’s experimental phase with vulgarity and probably begins a new era for the singer.
#2. 2Baba ft. Falz – Rise up
Legendary Nigerian singer 2Baba comes through with a new single titled Rise Up on which he features Falz. This song serves as the veteran’s first song of the year. Rise Up is a song of hope and belief in a better future for everyone who believes and works hard. The message of the Cobhams Asuquo-produced song makes Falz the perfect feature.
#3. Rudeboy – Focus
Famed Nigerian singer, songwriter, and ex-member of defunct P-Square group, Rudeboy has released a new and exciting song titled Focus. This song is the lead single off Rudeboy’s debut solo album Rudy no kill us set to be released on August 5. It also serves as a reintroduction to the limelight for Rudeboy who has been lowkey this year.

Nigerian Afro-alternative singer, Ajebutter22, returns with a brand new song which he titled Unconditionally. This song features talented singer Oxlade who chipped in his seasoned vibes on this track. This love-inclined song is a follow up to King of parole.
#5. Cheque – Call me baby
After dropping History featuring Fireboy DML on April 8, Penthauze Records-signed artiste, Superboy Cheque is back with the new tune, Call Me Baby. The Andyr and Lay Z-produced track is a mid-tempo record, with blooming hooks and insightful lyrics.
