In the spirit of Christmas, veteran Nollywood Actress, Rita Dominic has shared photos with her partner who’s been rumored to become her husband next year.
The Nollywood actress, 45, shared the photos on Instagram to wish her millions of followers a Merry Christmas. In the photos, she showed off her man, Fidelis Anosike as they both hold up filled champagne flutes. Rita Dominic, who wore matching outfits with her partner, captioned the photos “Merry Christmas,” which was followed by a heart and other emojis.
The tradition of wearing matching outfits, particularly pajamas sets, and taking photos trended this Christmas on Instagram and Twitter with users showing off their partners and tagging their photos “from me and mine.”
It’s been reported that Rita Dominic and her beau are engaged, and that Fidelis Anosike is going to go from boyfriend/fiancé to husband some time in the coming year, but this has not been confirmed by the actress or her partner.
Celebrities like Genevieve Nnaji, Ini Edo, Michelle Dede and Mercy Johnson trooped to the comments to celebrate the actress and wish her well.
So who is Fidelis Anosike?
Rita Dominic’s beau is a 50-year-old media executive and founder of Folio Media Group, a multi-media company which owns Daily Times Nigeria, one of the nation’s oldest and most popular newspaper. He acquired the newspaper in 2007 under Folio Communications after it was shut down by the government under its previous owners due to bankruptcy.
Fidelis Anosike, who hails from Umueri, Anambra state, started Folio Communication at the age of 24 after graduating from University of Benin with a degree in Creative Arts. He was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Folio Communications before resigning from the board in June, 2020, paving way for Aliu Akoshike to become the new Chairman of the company.
He was born to a police officer father who died at the age of 52 and a mother who was a trader. He has four brothers and three sisters.
