Since the rise of the coronavirus pandemic, awards have been forced to either cancel or adapt to the social distancing directives and switch to semi-virtual programming. After many awards have had to get used to the grainy zoom videos and DIY at-home photo booths in 2020, the glitz and glamour of live events is back with the 46th annual People’s Choice Awards bringing back the traditional red carpet.
The E! People’s Choice Awards 2020 brought some of the biggest stars in all of America in one place and honored some of the most memorable icons in the entertainment industry. From movies to TV, to music, the People’s Choice Awards 2020 gave us a chance to see our favorite stars all dressed up in what has been a turbulent year.
Top celebrities in the entertainment industry made bold fashion statements as they made their way to the Barker Hangar in Los Angeles on November 15. Peoples Choice Awards 2020 host, Demi Lovato pulled off a number of different costume changes during the two-hour live show––all of which looked glamorous as they complemented her long blonde hair.
Fashion Icon Award recipient, Tracee Elis Ross also came through in a monochrome pantsuit and later changed to a heavily structured, asymmetrical hem white dress, paired with thigh high leather boots and a complementing harness.
Jennifer Lopez was named The People’s Icon of 2020 and was presented with the honor by Armie Hammer.
