Last Week, The Best Male Celeb Looks Split Between Maximal Casuals And Edgy Style

Every week, we take a look back at the past week to celebrate the best dressed male celebrities and influencers in an effort to help inspire your next outfit. Because whether you’re a style connoisseur or simply enjoy poring over some well-dressed, cosily clad dudes, we all appreciate a well-dressed man.

Nigerian male celebrities and influencers are getting more and more daring and edgy with their style, a welcomed development depending on who you ask. We’re seeing a lot of very creative patterns and colours and next-level accessorizing. Some are even getting very comfortable in androgynous looks. All of these have led to increased global attention on the Nigerian fashion scene, earning the likes of The Orange Nerd coveted spots in international publications. #AfricaToTheWorld

Last week, some of the most recognizable men in Nigerian entertainment and fashion took the time to step their style game a notch higher. One thing we love and found the most fascinating was how a good number of male celebs and influencers styled edgy prints, patterns and fabrics in interesting and quite impressive ways.

Davido proved his love for Gucci while IK Ogbonna looked as sharp as always in a monochrome white Yomi Casual set. Popular style influencer and medical doctor Akin Faminu showed us once again why he’s one of the top influencers in the game. He adorned a two-piece blue suit made with the famous ‘Aso Oke’ with beautiful handwoven hand-like patterns on it and fringes around the knees. Think of his look as western fashion meets Nigerian tradition.

As the world is moving fast, fashion progresses and casual looks are not as boring as they once used to be. Everyone’s favourite ‘Skinny Girl in transit’ actor, Timini Egbuson showed us a simple yet fashionable way to dress casually for any informal outing. Accessorising like a pro, Dbanj simply reminded us why he’s the Koko Master!

Check out how Nigerian male celebrities approached smart casuals and edgy style last week…
