From Big Brother Africa to the big screen, Lilian Afegbai is fast becoming a household name in Nigeria. The thespian, commercial model and entrepreneur can now add her newly released movie Bound to her list of achievements. I could have mentioned reality TV Girl as she’s set to star in Linda Ikeji TV new reality show “Gidi Girls” but that isn’t out yet. With many movies under her belt, the accounting graduate of Ben Idahosa University started acting on the side after her NYSC but soon quit when she was chosen to represent the country at the 2014 Big Brother Africa show. While she didn’t emerge the winner of that show, she came out with a game plan and that was building a solid brand in the entertainment industry. With her first movie production, it’s obvious that Lilian is still focused on building that brand.
Whatever Lilian does generates a lot of buzz and that includes fashion. Prior to adding producer to her belt, Lilian Afegbai has had fans glued to their phones with her chic and classic style takes. Whether she’s on the red carpet spotting the most dazzling gown or off the red carpet serving casual glam looks, Lilian has undoubtedly established herself as one of the most stylish celebrities in Nigeria. With her huge platform she has been able to make good use of her talents, inspiring young dreamers along the way.
