We dare not call it a boring year for menswear so far. Looking back, last year was a very colourful and expressive year compared to other recent years but yet 2019 is fast outdoing 2018 in the style department. We’re seeing a lot of risky colours, sharply tailored silhouettes and of course, higher confidence levels on the major style players.
It’s not exactly news that in the past, Nigerian male celebrities didn’t exactly do much with their outfits. Most opted for easy, basic looks that begged for creative juices. These days, we can count a good number of celebrities who are staying steps above basic and have been serving us bold, vibrant looks with cunning details in appropriate proportions.
