There’s really nothing more classic than a winged eyeliner look which is commonly referred to as the ‘cat eye’. It is such a sleek, clean look, but can be difficult to achieve without the proper technique. There isn’t one proper technique but practice makes perfect. It doesn’t matter if you use a liquid, gel or pencil liner, once you perfect the technique that works for you, the rest is as easy as pie!
