As life gradually returns to a semi-normal state, celebrities and style stars across Africa – who happen to also be some of the best fashion influencers on Instagram – are finding more reasons to dress up, step out and make a fashion statement before the curfew kicks in wherever they are. Stylish African Celebrities on Instagram.

African celebrities and top fashion influencers are consistently using their style on Instagram to prove that a global pandemic doesn’t equal an end to doing the things we love––especially if it keeps us going.

Even as we continuously preach the gospel of safety and ask that you observe social distancing rules, we also want to re-emphasize the fact that a fashionable outfit should not only make you look good on the outside but also make you feel confident from the inside out. That confidence is exactly what we can feel from the women on this list.

Last week, some of the most stylish African celebrities, influencers, and style stars stepped out in a range of amplified looks which they, of course, shared on Instagram. Trust Nigerian celebrities and style stars to nail their looks.

In Nigeria, the mood was a gloomy one all week long after Tuesday’s tragic Lekki Massacre which saw the killing of innocent, unarmed protesters by military officers. This meant most celebrities and fashion influencers were definitely not in any mood to dress up. The handful of fashion moments reflected the somber air of the nation as black ruled. Former Big Brother Naija: Double Wahala and Pepper Dem housemates Cynthia ‘CeeC’ Nwadiora and Diane Russet showed off the nation’s state of mind as they graced the gram in black dresses. While Cynthia opted for a structured long-sleeve gown with a knee-high slit, Diane opted for a sleeveless, bare-shoulder asymmetric mini dress.

Over in South Africa, celebrities and fashion influencers had enough reasons to let their skin breathe in stylish fits. The week was an event-filled one that hosted the Cell C Inanda Africa Cup, a polo tournament, and the launch of BNG Nectar by House of BNG, Bonang Matheba’s luxury beverage brand.

From baring their shoulders to showing off a bit of midriff, the best looks on some of South Africa’s most stylish ladies definitely had us missing the good old post-pandemic days. The second runner-up from the just concluded Miss South Africa 2020, Natasha Joubert, showed off her curves in a bustier cut black mermaid dress that was simply perfect.

The looks shared via Instagram posts by African celebrities and fashion influencers were nothing short of chic, edgy, and glamorous and it’s safe to say that we’re, as usual, living vicariously through them. The top Stylish African Fashion influencer Instagram.
