South African Designers showcased their Autumn/Winter 2019 collection and Day 2 featured an incredible show from Danielle Frylinck. With this collection, the brand dedicated a lot into expressive fashion and the colour scheme included lots of deep blues, mauve and blush, to name a few. There was even a splash of floral patterns that gave the collection a summery feel.
Now, you wouldn’t gasp as the models walked down the runway, however, the purpose was to make you feel a fashionable kind of warmth. Danielle Frylinck’s latest collection recreates a relaxed approach to women’s fashion. Instead of following the tune of structures and deconstructed silhouettes, the brand paid homage to the lyricism of everyday life, offering styles that show how easy it can be to get up, dress up and go about your day without putting so much thought into what you are wearing.
Showcasing pieces that promote the realism of getting dressed during the Autumn and Winter seasons with carefully coordinated looks is easily the most endearing quality of this collection. Asides that, the brilliant use of colours to enable that feeling you get when you know you are super stylish is another thing most women will appreciate about this collection.
