As some parts of the world are deep in the fall season, other parts are diving into warmer weathers. Thus, this has meant a return to minimalism for one group and layering for the other, and hallelujah for that! Nigerian singer Oxlade exemplified his look at the campaign shoot for liquor brand, Campari, in collaboration with MTV Base West Africa. In a coordinating paint brush stroke print two-piece set with slits on the pants and a pair of white leather boots, the afro-fusion singer kept things fresh and deceptively simple. Oxlade donned layers of silver necklaces and a pair of statement sunglasses which proved that an ensemble needn’t be fussy to make an impact.
It’s official, we can finally say that Steve Harvey’s Zaddy moment has come! This past year, the comedian, author, and TV host’s fashion game has taken a turn for good, thanks to his stylist, Elly Kamorah. Last week, Mr. Harvey and Kamorah once again proved why Harvey has been topping every fashion chart around the world as he decked in a blue and black combo. Steve is seen in a cobalt blue denim jacket by Berluti paired with a black turtleneck top and black leather pants. Yes, leather pants! Certainly, this look delivered a not-so-discreet finesse and comfort.
Of course, it wasn’t all minimalist fits and layers; elsewhere, stylish Black men had fun with bright shades and adventurous fabrics. For last week’s best-dressed men, creative fashion never went out of style and even more so as the climate switched up.
