New Zealand Commonwealth Scholarships for African Students – Postgraduate Study

The New Zealand Aid Programme offers scholarships to people from eligible African countries who are motivated to make a difference at home. In 2016 New Zealand Development Scholarships applications can be made online from 1st February 2016. Paper applications close on the 15th of April 2016. While online application closes on the 30th of April 2016. Any eligible country can apply online at https://www.mfat.govt.nz/en/aid-and-development/scholarships/how-to-apply/

Eligible countries in Africa include: Algeria, Angola, Botswana, Cameroon, Djibouti, Egypt, Ethiopia, Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, Tunisia, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
